Chenille Honey Myrtle

Chenille Honey Myrtle is a coastal plant with creamy white, bottlebrush-like flowers from spring to summer. Its silver-green leaves and soft flower spikes draw in bees and suit sandy soils and coastal spots. Loves sun and needs soil that drains well – plant it somewhere sunny where water doesn't sit after rain. Easy to care for once it's settled in – water it during long dry spells, but it doesn't need much once growing well. Give it a light trim after it flowers – this helps it stay neat and keeps the flowers coming. Let it have some room – it grows big (up to 4 metres), so don't plant it too close to pipes, paving, or other plants.
